Booking, Cancellation & Payment Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain availability for therapeutic care, the following policies apply: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment: A $25 late cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows (missed appointments without notice): A $25 fee will be charged. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving care and impact scheduling availability. Thank you for respecting this policy. Card on File & Payment Authorization A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize [Your Business Name] to securely store your card on file through Wix’s encrypted payment processing system. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined above. We do not store or have access to your full card details. All payment information is processed securely through Wix’s payment provider.
